CANDICE DEFOREST, NTC – Hello! I’m Candice, a certified nutritional therapy consultant (NTC) and recipe developer living in Portland, OR. After years of juggling a vegetarian diet and health issues, I found my way to a real food lifestyle and haven’t looked back! I create recipes and share my lifestyle tips to help people live happier, healthier lives through informed food choices. KATIE TOKAR – I’m Katie, a CrossFit trainer and athlete in the Cleveland area. Besides fueling my passion for CrossFit, I love helping others reach their own fitness goals too. When I’m not busy working or spending time at the gym, I like experimenting with new recipes, baking paleo treats, reading, and watching the latest Netflix craze.
